AsiaFest YEG
Overview
AsiaFest YEG is one of Alberta’s largest cultural festivals, drawing approximately 40,000 attendees over one weekend to celebrate the diversity, creativity, and traditions of Asian communities across the province.
Held here in Edmonton, the festival brings together a vibrant mix of music, dance, food, art, and cultural showcases that highlight the richness of Asian heritage.
Our role
As an official production partner, we were proud to provide lighting, truss, and stage design to help bring the festival to life.
Our team worked closely with AsiaFest organizers to design immersive environments and deliver professional-grade production that matched the energy and scale of the event.
Lighting: Delivered vibrant, dynamic lighting designs that enhanced the energy and atmosphere throughout the festival.
Truss Systems: Designed and installed custom truss structures to support lighting and stage elements safely and efficiently.
Stage Design: Functional and visually captivating stages built to accommodate diverse acts and audiences safely and effectively.
Impact
The 2025 festival saw record attendance and community engagement, welcoming families, artists, and visitors from across Canada.
